About Event
This event is casual dress. We will have mix and mingle - cash bar starting at 5pm. Buffet style dinner will be at 6pm. If you stay at the hotel for the night; we will block rooms. The hotel offers a FREE bar from 5pm to 7:30pm. And FREE breakfast buffet that ends at 10:30am. Check-out time is Noon. Friday night: Family style picnic at Sommer Park off of Koerner Road. Bring your own meal for your family. Grills will be available to grill your own meat. Jon Dewey will be donating his grilling expertise and a case of 1/3 pound burgers to anyone who forgets to bring food. A golf outing on Saturday is still being planned: details to be offered when Brian Garnant gets them going.
