Coast Guard, 6 Years After graduating from the US Coast Guard Academy in 1986, served 6 years including 3 years onboard the CGC Taney and CGC Bear.
Gerald (Jerry) Couse Class of 1962
Army, 2 Years 545th MP Co., 1st Cav Div, AnKhe, Viet Nam, Dec. 1965-Dec.1966, 553 MP Co., Fort Campbell, Ky, Dec. 1966-Oct. 1967
Jeffrey A. Bailey Class of 1974
Navy, 20+ Years Joined Navy in 1974 and retired in 1995 as Senior Chief Electronics Technician. Served aboard 4 ships: USS Vulcan (AR-5), USNS Mizar (T-AGOR-11), USS Forrestal (CV-59), and USS Iwo JIma (LPH-2); also did a one year tour in Antarctica; two years with NATO in Oeiras, Portugal; two years at NAS Key West, FL; and three years at Lowry AFB in Denver, CO. Highest honor: Joint Service Commendation Medal. Combat action: Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Special Qualifications: Navy Master Training Specialist and Air Force Master Instructor. Career Highlight: made it to the South Pole.

Air Force, 15 Years Stationed McGuire AFB N.J., Clark AB Philippines, Seymour Johnson AFB N.C., Yokota AB Japan, Kadena AB Okinawa Japan, spent time in Korea & Germany on temporary assignment. Worked on C130, C141, C5, C9, F4 and F15 aircraft. Honorably Discharged with Disability
