About Event
We are having a low-key "gathering"/picnic on July 2nd, 2016 at the Delaware Civic League.
Plans are to have chicken on a spit, side dishes and desserts. Dishes brought in will be greatly appreciated from everyone.
Beer will be available and included in ticket price. All other alcohol is byob!
50/50 Raffle will be held.
Donations for items are accepted. We need coffee, pop and water; cups, plates and plastic ware have been donated.
Volunteer cleaning crew for morning of July 2nd needed. Not to much to do, just a quick spiffy job!
Reservation flyer will be mailed in the spring. Please rsvp asap!
