Moving to Brooklyn and living across the street from the school...was told it was te worst school and a lot of fights...I was ????scared, oe of the worst school in Bed Stuy First time seeing Black teachers..coming from St. Albans Queens but my teacher Mr. Hurley was the best, a White man who really cared about his students. Guided me to what direction I should go...I followed and when I graduated from HS went back to see him and he was proud to know I was employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY.
