Retired from active duty United States Air Force in 1995, received an Honorable Discharge with multiple honors, awards, decorations, citations, ribbons, and medals. Aerospace Professional with Flight Test Research and Development expertise.

Navy Reserves, 20+ Years

Joined Naval Security Group while at WPI. Boot camp over Christmas at Great Lakes, Illinois. Specialized in electronics maintenance, 34 months active duty at Cheltenham, MD. Left service for 6 years, then re-enlisted as CTM-2. Changed to Operations branch to support local unit. Affiliated with a unit in Northwest, VA, for closer association with the real Navy. Completed 23 years, 3 months service, retiring as Chief Petty Officer. It was a great time in my life, well worth the effort!

Our Portland High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Portland High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Portland are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
