Thursday evening July 13th we are meeting at Janice (Henderson) Adleman's house from 6:00 to whenever. Janice will be providing snacks and drinks, but you can bring whatever you want. 30010 Heather Oak Drive, Junction City Oregon
Friday morning we are leaving for the coast from Janice's house at 9:00 am for the Driftwood Shores beach access for a morning walk. We will also meet at Moe's around 12:30 for lunch. We may stop at the casino for a little fun on the way home.
Friday night we will meet at Sweet Cheeks Winery at 6:30 for some music, wine, companionship, and food. Bring your favorite snack.
Saturday morning we are planning a walk or bike ride at 9am in Springfield along the river. To get to walking and bike paths at Dorris Ranch go to main and 2nd St downtown Springfield take 2nd St south over the railroad trks.to the end of 2nd you will see Dorris Ranch and parking area at the bottom of a the hill.
Saturday afternoon we will meet at Judy (Patterson) McAtee's house at 1:00 pm (84989 Ridgeway Rd) for a barbeque. We should keep in mind that Judy may still be on crutches so any help we can give her would be good. If you can bring a few extra chairs it would be good. Everyone should bring a side dish or a dessert and their own place setting. We would like volunteers to bring the following items instead of a side dish or a dessert.
5 lbs of hamburger
5 lbs of hanmburger
tomatoes, onions, lettuce
cheese, pickles, relish
mayo, catsup, mustard
hamburger buns (30 or so?)
or a couple people could bring drinks
Sunday is the all class POTLUCK at the P. Hill School from 10:30 to 4:30. We were thinking about meeting around 11:00. You need to bring your own table service, but beverages are provided.
