The cost is $30 per person which includes dinner and entertainment. (Within reason) Alcohol can be purchased on-site, however, there is no open bar. Bring camera's if you have them. We want to capture these memories! No children are allowed at the Friday evening function, however, there will be a family day the following afternoon. Details as follows: Date: Saturday June 19th Time: 12 noon Location: Bear Creek Park, Medford OR. By the Pavillion. (There will be a banner and balloons to mark the spot) This is a picnic/potluck so if everyone could bring one dish of their choosing, that would be wonderful! Also if you have them, please bring some lawn chairs and picnic blankets, in case we run out of space at the tables. Cake will be provided and some beverages. Utensils, cups and napkins will also be provided. Everyone is welcome to come to this event whether you have children or not. I hope to see everyone at either, or both functions. I think we are going to have a great time!!!
