Founded in 1976, this public school’s mascot is a yellow jacket and belongs to the Prince William County Public Schools District in Virginia, US. Osbourn Park High School emphasizes the academic excellence of its students in its curriculum, offering a four-year biotechnology program for students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics related fields. Purchasing sets of iPads for their classes, technology is incorporated into their curriculum, preparing their students for the evolving landscape of the working environment. Osbourn High School features grades from 9 to 12. The school is known not only for its proficiency in the field of engineering and biotechnology but also for its wide array of extra-curricular activities. From its illustrious marching bands to the international heritage society, it also has a wide array of unique clubs such as the Girls Who Code club, Anime club, and French Honor Society. Notable alumni from Osbourn Park High School include David Robinson (Basketball Hall of Fame player), Leeann Tweeden (TV personality), Andrew Dykstra (D.C United Goalkeeper, and Julie Croteau (the first woman to play and coach men’s NCAA baseball).
