SRA Curt Wainwright spent 4 years in the United States Air Force From 1989 to 1993. He was a Medical/Dental Service Specialist while on active duty. He received Airman of the Month and of the Quarter honors in Feb of 1992. He has been decorated for serving proudly during Desert Shield/Storm. Thank you for your service.

I joined the Navy in 1988 and served 3 years on active duty in Long Beach,CA. I got out in 1991 and have been serving in the reserves ever since. While on active duty I did two tours to the Persian Gulf and one tour in south america for drug enforcement. My title is Chief Boatswains Mate and my job in the Navy while on active duty was to drive the Guided Missle Fast Frigate (FFG)that I was stationed on. Now after 17 plus years in the reserves I am the Leading Chief Petty Officer for a Unit of 64 people. The job of my unit is primarily to offload ships, and currently, members of my unit are supporting operations in Iraq.
