Joined Army Reserves in HS and served 6yrs as a mechanic. Went Active Duty after Sept 11th, and reclassed to Combat Medic with Physical Therapy Specialty. Served tour in Iraq with 67th CSH out of Germany. Spent 5 yrs in Hawaii, serving several short tours in Korea. I am currently attending nursing school at UT, in Army program, and will commission in 2009. I have loved every minute of it (minus deployment, lol) and look forward to sticking around as long as they will let me...

From basic training in San Antonio, Tx I landed in Alexandria, La. I was there for about 18 months help in closing the base. I was then sent to Moody AFB in Valdosta, Ga. After being there for about 5 yrs, I got out and came back to Tx. Joined the AF Reserve in Fort Worth. Was deployed to Turkey for about 3 weeks. After being there for 5yrs I transfered to Barksdale AFB in Shreveport, La. Since there I have been deployed to Deigo Garcia for about 30 days, and I recently was sent to Southern Germany for 6 months. I am currently ranked as an E-6.
