Air Force, 9 Years Seven year veteran on Active Duty, with 2 years reserve. Spent time in England, Germany, Italy, Crete, Florida, and various other temporary assignments. Was also instrumental in activities relating to Operation Desert Storm/ Desert Shield.

David Buck Class of 1999
Army, 9 Years Joined in 2002 as an Aerial Delivery Technician. Served in the 82nd Airborne Division from 2003-2008. While there, deployed to Iraq (2003-2004) and Afghanistan (2007-2008). Also went to New Orleans in support of Hurricane Katrina. Joined 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group in Okinawa, Japan from 2008-2011, deploying throughout Southeast Asia to include Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Currently stationed in Ft. Benning, Georgia, supporting the U.S. Military's Airborne School.

Elizabeth Dole-Izzo Class of 1983
Air Force, 4 Years Served as an Automatic Tracking Radar Specialist from 1990-1994. Met (then later married) my husband Chris Izzo), he served a total of 22 years. My son was born at Altus AFB in OK, and my daughter was born at the Air Force Academy in CO.

Jarrod Ashley Class of 2005
Navy, 3 Years Graduated bootcamp (Chicago IL) December 9th 2005 promoted to E2 Seaman Apprenrtice. soon after basic training he completed Yeoman (Executive Assistant) training in Meridian MS, earning another promotion to E3 YNSN. after school YNSN reported on board Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE (ACB-1). He completed several Battalion and Joint Logistics Field Exercises as Leading Communications Petty Officer and as an Automatic Rifle man. during his time at ACB-1 Mr. Ashley earned another promotion to E4 Petty Officer 3rd class, and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. most recently Petty Officer Ashley reported to his new command Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron EIGHT (HSC-8 the EIGHTBALLERS) and is currently working with Navy region Southwest and the USS JOHN C STENNIS.

Marine Corps, 20+ Years Joined right after High school. Went to Iran in 79 during the Hostage Crisis on the USS Kitty Hawk. Spent a couple years in NC, KS and then to Alaska for 5years. back to NC and Finally back to KS where I retired. I just received my 30 Year Certificate.

National Guard, 20+ Years 26 years total aprox 5 yrs active and the rest reserves. Army for 16 yrs and got annoyed so switched to Air Force for last 10.

National Guard, 8 Years I was a cook for 4 years then went back to ait and reclassifide as a records personel clerk

Navy, 20+ Years Joined Navy in 1978. did many tours overseas in many countries supporting Desert Shield /Desert Storm 3 times/ Achille Lauro hijacking, Grenada/ Libya/Yugoslavia/NATO joint excercises. while assigned to A-7, S-3B, F/A-18 squadrons. retired in 1999, now living and working in Fl., for guess who....U.S. Navy.
