About	Gerald Downey attended Nativity BVM school with Mike Shattuck and his sister, Pam. After graduating from Brockport High School Gerald enlisted in the Army and was sent to Vietnam where he and fellow soldiers were killed by a land bomb. My brother Mike named his youngest son after Gerald. The memories of Gerald are many and I shall never forget him. Please pray for him and for all our service men and women who fight for our freedom.
