Hope you are having a great Summer 2016 so far!
Many of our classmates have been discussing the possibility of getting together more often than every 5 years— like a lot of classes traditionally do after the 45th reunion.
- So, this fall, an Informal Gathering has been scheduled in the Muscatine area. It will be held on Friday night, September 2nd at the Ardon Creek Winery. They will have a band playing classic rock (the Gray Wolfe Band) and will provide tables for us. The winery has a $10 cover charge per person that you will pay at the door. You can bring your own water and soft drinks in a cooler, but you have to buy your alcoholic drinks from the winery.
- Pizza will be provided at no cost to classmates and their guests attending.
- Timing—Social time will start at 4:30 p.m. The band starts at 6:00 p.m- and plays until around 9:00 p.m. Pizza will be delivered as close to 6:00 p.m. as possible-and be available as long as it lasts.
This should be a great time— and we are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible. If you plan to attend, please let me know either via email (shamrock@machlink.com) or phone (563-260-8126. This will help with the planning, but since we are not asking for any money for the get together, even if you don’t RSVP feel free to come on out. We would love to see you!
We are only going to send this to the 164 classmates that we have emails for on the class website, Facebook and post it on the varius reunion sites that are available. Therefore we are depending on word of mouth to notify any other classmates.
