1. Friday, August 2nd, Free beer, Hors d'oeuvre (until gone) and a mix of classmates playing for the band :) (More details coming) Time tba
2. Saturday, August 3rd.
Afternoon ~2-4, Free use of the driving range a Braun's Driving range across the highway from countryside(that may change to the one in Milton), Wine and either chocolate of cheese tasting at North leaf Winery.
Evening : Countryside, Cocktails at 6 and buffet style dinner @ 7. Band later. 50/50 raffle
We will be sending out information about the need to block rooms and negotiate prices at Comfort Inn in Newville.

Price range at this time until we get the final totals...This is approximate for now.
Friday: $10.00 ea.
Saturday: $25-$30 ea, $50-$55 Cpl.

For those thinking why $10.00 for Friday if it is free.....in order for us to keep costs down for saturday, we felt a small fee for friday which may attract classmates that can't make it saturday, would help. We also want to try to start a fund for the next reunion which will be our 40th.
I think people who haven't planned an event do not realize that mailings and smaller fees add up (i.e. deposits and such)
I am also going to talk to the Edgerton Taxi driver and see if we can make a deal for rides to and from Comfort Inn
