Greetings to our alumni, legends, old & new schoolers: Our 2nd Annual M*A*S*H 2012 Alumni Reunion is fast approaching and will be held, the weekend of June 15th - 17th, 2012. This is a Five Event weekend, (Three events from 2010) for an affordable price. We are working really hard to make this a fun and relaxing reunion. Hopefully, we like to see as many classmates as possible! Last year, the class of 1988 took over the event. Who will rise up in 2012, as the largest class of Marion Abramson. This is the line up, for the Red White & Blue.
(1) Meet & Greet - 1st day of school (Meet old & new friends)
June 15, 2012 (6:00 pm - 9:30 pm) The Meet, Greet, and Registration. @ Cotton Exchange Hotel 221 Carondelet Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. You are to bring a #2 pencil, for registration & class schedule. (2) Red, White, & Blue Picnic - Theme by Competition (Revenge of the Nerds)
June 16, (10:00 am - 3:00 pm) - Bechtel Park 3700 Lennox Blvd, New Orleans, LA (West bank) A state fee, for incoming vehicles $5. Please dress comfortable, blankets, & bring lawn chairs. Wear your class shirts.
Events: Sack Race, Obstacle course, & The tug-of-war will be a rematch, between the classes of 1986 vs. 1988/Edward Livingston Seagulls vs. Fannie C. Williams Warriors. Oh by the way: Class of 1988 & Livingston won, in 2010. We have food and beverages, at this event.
(3) Class Night & Awards Ceremony - Theme of Competition (Recognizing Teachers & M*A*S*H Quiz Bowl of 1975)
June 16 - (7:00 pm - 8:30 pm) Cotton Exchange Hotel 221 Carondelet Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 Casual attire (No tennis or shorts allowed) has been requested by the majority of our classmates. Honoring teachers of 10 plus years of service, Biggest Alumni class in attendance award (With money for there reunion), & The Quiz Bowl with 3 Teams (A - B - E)
(4) Old School Dance - (Design your outfit Contest)
June 16 - (9:30 pm to until) Cotton Exchange Hotel 221 Carondelet Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 Casual attire (No tennis or shorts allowed) has been requested by the majority of our classmates. Five decades of music, superior light show, and giant size disco ball.
(5) Pool Party
June 17 (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm) University of New Orleans - Alumni Dr New Orleans, LA 70122 Dress accordingly.
Costs: $50.00 per person. $75.00 will only cover Sibling that went to Abe, Married or Dating Couple, or 3 kids. (Additional kids are $5.00 a piece, after 3).
