Wow! It will soon be 50 years since we graduated! Can you believe that? So much “life” has happened to us all since that day we marched out of the auditorium doors after singing, HERE’S TO DEAR OLE MADISON HIGH!...... We miss you! Don’t you miss us?? Maybe, some of us? Even, one of us??? Well, we HAVE missed you and want you to make plans to come back and be with us for the weekend of the annual 2012 WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE! Friday, August 17, 2012 We have planned our 1962 CLASS REUNION to begin with an evening at the GAZEBO Banquet Center, Warren, MI. Saturday, August 18, 2012 This will be an opportunity for you to attend the WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE, visit family, friends, old haunts, casinos or whatever you choose. Sunday August 19, 2012, We will gather for a FAREWELL PICNIC for which we plan to invite Madison friends from other classes to join us for a great Reunion sendoff! Seriously, what will bring you back? Our committee has cheered as each of us has located another classmate’s address so we could send this special invitation out to each of you. We have also been filled with sadness when we have found new names of classmates who have passed away since our last class reunion…. Even this past week, we lost another classmate. Let’s plan to get together for this reunion, please…who knows how many of us will be at the next one! Rekindle lost memories and friendships and learn about each other’s lives in the ensuing years. One thing this committee has learned is that we have all changed! Many physically, and some of us in the memory department but the tie that binds us all together is the closeness we desire to recapture from our youth…. good memories that we all still have and which played a role in whom we each became on our lives’ journey….. We need YOU to be with us to make our MHS 50th REUNION the success we want it to be. PLEASE COME and fellowship with us to make this our “most memorable reunion ever!” We’ve all learned that life is short…so please don’t pass up this chance to catch some warm fuzzies and know you’re thought of fondly….
