PLEASE REGISTER BY JULY 1, 2013 ***IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN THE KUNTZMAN MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT, DO NOT SEND IN THE $35. YOUR $100 FEE FOR THE TOURNEY COVERS THE COST OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT AS WELL AS THE PRE-REUNION PARTY.*** ***THE TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION IS A SEPARATE FORM (WHICH WILL BE EMAILED - PLEASE SEND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE IT).
