Served from 1970 to 1990. Air combat support Vietnam 1970-1974 as a loadmaster aboard the C-141 Starlifter. Korea, 1974-1975, Retired August 1st, 1990 as a Senior Master Sergeant.

Vietnam veteran. After brief time in Engineers, spent rest of career in Armed Forces Radio & Television Service (AFN). Stationed four tours in Europe (Germany); additionally at Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey; Hollywood, California; Ft. McClellan, Alabama.
