I just moved into a nice little apartment on Carson Road for the summer. It's just down the hill and I see that old school building which mentored so many of us perched high and still proud. Until you get up close. It still looks as it once did, but time and neglect have worked their destructive tendrils into it. The new High School is pretty enough but it seems so much smaller. I guess the needs of our new technologically savvy society necessitates the change but I can't help but feel a great loss. I took several pictures which I hope to post here. Feel for yourself..... OK, if anybody needed some proof of the need for that new schools tech then it will become abundantly clear when I confess that I have to get my nephew to help download these pictures, if we can even locate them on this phone.
