I'm currently serving as the Deputy Senior Reserve Officer for Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston. Prior to this assignment I served in multiple operational and staff positions ranging from medium endurance cutter duty in the Pacific to Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC. As a reserve Lieutenant Commander I have been mobilized numerous times, most recently as the Coast Guard liaison officer to Harris County (Houston) during Hurricane Ike rescue/recovery operations.
