Dinner/Dance 7pm-midnight
The evening will include cocktail hour, class photo, cash bar, served hot and cold hors d’oeuvers, buffet dinner, dessert, DJ and dancing.

Sunday morning breakfast is included in the room rate at the hotel restaurant 6:30am-10:30am
Rate: $109.00 plus tax (12.125%) per night. Call hotel directly at 845-896-6281. Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. All reservations will require a credit card guarantee for payment, at the time of the reservation. No shows will be charged to the credit card guarantee. Rooms not reserved by the cut off deadline will be released and returned to public availability at regular rate levels. Be sure to mention group code. Smoking and Non-smoking rooms are available. Individual reservations can be cancelled up until 24 hours prior to arrival. After that date a Cancellation Fee of one night stay, plus tax will be charged to the credit card. Reservations after the cut off deadline will be accepted with space, type and rate as available only. Cut off date: September 9, 2015 (Friday) Ramada will still honor group rate after cut off IF rooms are still available.
