11:00am-2pm Family Picnic at the Lake. Specific park TBA. Classmate + family. Bring your kids & show them off. Each family is responsible for their own food & drink. All classmates are welcome to attend the picnic with or without children. 6:00pm Evening Event at Tierney's Cafe / Classmate + 1 adult http://www.tierneyscafeandtavern.com/ We have reserved 1-2 private dining rooms for a sit down dinner together. The menu will be posted when it is finalized. The bar & patio will be open to us, as well. Coach Amick's band, Justin Exit, will be playing there that night. http://www.justinexit.com/ For dessert, our own Sugar Queen, Lisa (Lawson) Britten will provide her famous cupcakes. http://www.sugarqueencupcakes.com/ If by June 22, we don't have enough interested to cover the cost for a sit down meal in the private room, we will need to switch the event to a mix-n-mingle gathering instead of a sit down meal together. Due to the fire codes at the restaurant, the first 60 people will be in the first dining room together. Persons 61-80, will eat dinner in another room. Over 80 people may join us in the bar & patio areas. Feel free to mingle between the rooms. Dress is casual, whatever you would normally & appropriately wear to a picnic with children & a casual restaurant. Flip flops & shorts to biz casual... just be comfortable. $50 per person on or before June 22, 2012. $60 per person at the door at Tierney's Cafe. We will have a cash bar. Payments... You may pay with a check or through PayPal before the event. Cash payments on June 30th please.
