Army, 7 Years
Army medic in rapid deployment field unit and a staff MEDDAC medic on a mother-baby unit. I got married, had my daughter and immediately divorced in the Army. I met my husband in the Army 18 years ago. I went in so young, I came out still young but also old. Now the mother of three girls, an RN and soon to be a DNP-NP. Looking back my military service was the best decision I ever made and the hardest to walk away from. Always a soldier at heart.
