Howdy mates! Since I am going to be in the area I just spoke with Phelpsie about the possibility of a birthday bon-fire this year. It turns out he is in the midst of building his house on the hill. We wish him well with that, but too much for him to host a a party right now.
I do understand that the Lake Como Inn is now under new management and am wondering if y'all would like to join me for a 75 = 60 birthday toast on July 8th there? There is also a band there that eve. Let me know if there is any interest and if there is a time that suits everyone.

The class of 1972 class reunion details are confirmed! Friday night , July 21, we will gather at HoBeau's on Southwest St. in Homer 6-9 p.m. Pizza, wings, salad $7 pp..pay at the door. Saturday, July 22 at 3:30 p.m. we will be given a tour of the high school by classmate Nancy Stoker Ruscio... then later that evening on the 22nd we will have a cocktail/appetizer gathering at Dasher's Pub, 2 North Main St. Homer...5:30-7:30 p.m. $15 pp, cash bar, payable no later than JUNE 9. Hello Mates!
Pull out those Odyssey’s and brush up on the faces! Our 40th reunion is July 10th & 11th 2015
Friday July 10th we will meet-n-greet at Hobeau’s Fireside Grill (10 S West St.) around 7 p.m. The kitchen will be open. Please let me know if you are planning to come so they can estimate how many workers they will need. Wear your sexyist Hawiian shirt and orthopedic shoes for the “best” of both contests! (socks with sandles get bonus points!)
Saturday, July 11th:
• 10 a.m. a tour of the High School IS a GO! Meet us to see what's new!
• Around Noon, a family picnic Little York Park (dish-to-pass) and a traditional memorial service for our fallen mates. As far as we know since the last service we have lost the following mates: Diane Cornelius Hearn, Garry Griswold, Don Wright & Ken Holl. If you know of anyone else let us know. If you have a great memory, story or sentiment you would like to share feel free to do it there or email me your words.
• Around 6 p.m. another famous bon-fire at Phelpsies, bring-your-own...food, drink & designated driver or sleeping bag! Once again, families welcome. John says you are welcome to camp out until noon Sunday.

Pull out those Odyssey�s and brush upon the faces! Our 35th reunion plans are in the works and everyone is anxious to catch up with you! July 9th & 10th 2010 is when it all happens. Friday the 9th we will meet at Hi-Lanes around 7 (special price on bowling) The kitchen will likely be closed at that time, so we might consider ordering some pizza or food elseware - we are open to suggestions there - feel free to bring your families if your like, and I'll be asking for an approximate head count a few weeks before so we know how many workers we will need. Wear your hottest bellbottoms and tie dye for the �best� of both contests! Bring your 8 track tapes, I am going to see if my player still works! Saturday afternoon will be a picnic at Little York. Looks like it might be a dish-to-pass deal as no-one really wants to handle money and set up catering (if anyone thinks they want to give a shout!) Saturday night will be another famous bon-fire at Phelpsies (he says he already has the forest dozed into a pile waiting for a match). Bring-your-own... Check back for updates, Hope to see you there!
