Rex Maddox passed away at 0415 on Friday, 13 October, 2017 while in Hospice and Palliative care following a stroke suffered 4 weeks earlier.

Looking for class of 1963 Karen Kagiyama
I have been looking for Karen Kagiyama on and off for years. If I remember correctly, Karen worked at Cubic Corp. (sp?) after graduating and married not long after. Our last communication was in 1966. If you know of Karen and how to reach her, please let me know. I am Pam (Peterson) Rader, class of 1963.

Military Alumni
In response to "should Jack Deaver be added to military alumni?" I say YES. I graduated from Hoover class of 1963. Jack was a neighbor, a friend, a wonderful young man, and a co-member of Normal Heights United Methodist church MYF. I lived two doors down from Jack when he attended HHHS. I photographed his name on the Vietnam War Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. when I visited there in spring of 1996. News of his death hit me hard.

Military Alumni
You may hove known Jack Deaver, class of 1965 who died in Viet Nam and was awarded the purple heart. I believe he was in the 101 airport, what a medic and one of those who scouts ahead before the rest of the troops enter an areas. I know there's a name of that too. Anyway, do you think he should be added to the Military Alumni? He died in 1968 or 1969 and there services were held at the Normal Heights Methodist Church where he had been the President of the MYF prior to going into the service.

Josten's has been making class rings for years. I graduated in 72 and Josten made the ring. You might get in touch with them and see if they can replace your ring.

Somewhere along the road of life I have lost my " Herbert Hoover High class of 1961" ring....Does anyone know how I can replace it? Or a resource on line...?
