Attention: Henderson County Senior High Class of 1979 alumni The time is here for our 30th year reunion. Can you believe it? The time has really flown by, hasn't it? We are having a family picnic at Audubon State Park on Saturday, June 20th from 11:00 a.m. until ?? at the Sycamore shelter. There will food, music and loads of fun for all! Audubon Park has golf, paddle boats, tennis courts and playgrounds for the kids. We will also have an inflatable jumphouse and other fun things for the young ones. Be sure to bring your favorite lawn games such as horseshoes, washers, lawn darts, badminton, etc… Each family will need to bring enough food, drinks and desserts for their own. Our shelter does have a fire pit for cooking and its own bathroom. You will also need to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The cost for the event is $5 for singles, $10 for couples and $15 for families to help cover the cost of the shelter, ads, play equipment and other miscellaneous items. We are asking everyone to please help us contact all class alumni that they know so that we can have a huge turnout.
