Enlisted as a "Seaman Recruit Signalman" and moved my way up the ranks on the elisted side. Obtained a Naval Officer Commission in 2000 into the Supply Corp Designator. Currently stationed at Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Va. I truly love my job and i'm proud to serve my country.

Active Duty Army eight years plus 4 years of Army National Guard. Still serving the military community as a Master Trainer for Army Family Team Building. Proud wife and mother of Active Duty Army soldiers currently retired and serving.

Tony Parker

Army, 20+ Years
COL (Retired)Tony Parker was commissioned in the United States Army in January, 1977 after graduating from Virginia State University. Assigned to the Army Air Defense branch. Active duty assignments include 2 tours of duty in Germany, the Operational Test and Evaluation Agency, Fort Bliss, Texas, Fort Polk, LA, 3 tours in the Pentagon on the Army Staff, Army, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm/Provide Comfort and Operation Iraqi Freedom, 2 tours in the Army Recruiting Command in New York City and Fort Meade, MD. Attended the Command and General College and Army War College. Tactical experience in HAWK and Patriot Missile systems, STINGER, Avenger; fielded air defense units to field units. Served as principle advisor for air defense matters to the Chief of Staff Army, Congress and Secretary of Defense. Served on the 2008 Presidential transition team for the Department of Defense, advising the incoming administration on air defense matters. Retired in September 2003 at the grade of full Colonel after 27 years and eight months of active duty service. Currently employed by Computer Sciences Corporation, serving as a Program Manager/Senior Analyst working in the area of Homeland Defense, Air and Missile Defense and advanced radar techology.
