About Event
The Class of 1985 cordially invites all alumni of 1986 and 1984 to join us in a casual evening of togetherness as we share memories and renew lifelong friendships. Due to venue size, we must limit the number of attendees to not more than 300 people. Further, our break even point will be 150 people, so in the event that we are unable to secure a minimum of 150 RSVP's, the event will be cancelled and all monies paid by attendees will be refunded. As a way to make the event affordable for everyone, there are two reunion options: Option #1-Enjoy a healthy yet substantial catered dinner and a welcome beer/wine/soda starting at 6:00 p.m. for $40.00 per person. Additional alcoholic beverage drink tickets may be purchased at the door. Option #2-Enjoy a welcome beer/wine/soda starting at 7:30 p.m. for $20.00 per person. Additional alcoholic beverage drink tickets may be purchased at the door. Both options include bar snacks, drink ticket options, limitless non-alcoholic beverages, free and plentiful parking, and the memory-rich ambiance that only the Ramona Bowl can provide! Caterer contracts and bar provider contracts are still being signed. Once those contracts are signed we will announce those providers. Average temperature for this date is 97 degrees Fahrenheit. So dress accordingly! There is no theme for this event, other than a bunch of great people getting together to reminisce and reunite, so please wear what makes you the most comfortable. Facebook RSVP's MUST also include prepayment of tickets in order for your RSVP to be guaranteed. All tickets must be purchased not later than July 7, 2010. Late payments will be considered on a case by case basis. Payment Info~IMPORTANT!~ If at all possible, please use PayPal to purchase tickets. PayPal is safe, secure, and will give us a very organized and iron-clad list to track RSVP's. Further, in the event of cancellation of event, refunds are effortless and instantaneous.
