Trained at Tyndall AFB, Fla., as a radar weapons (jet aircraft) controller and assigned to Bergstom AFB, Austin, and LoShan, Taiwan, China, a 8,600-foot radar site from which we flight-followed U2s and SR71 Blackbird missions. Returned stateside 1970 as TAC Historian, HQs 19AF, SJAFB, N. C.
