Received the Humanitarian Service Award for services to the Charleston community after the devastation of hurricane Hugo. Served under Captain Frank "Skip" Bowman who went on to be the head of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Was Drafted in 1971 join the U.S Air Force so I wouldn't have to go to Vietnam. But went to Nam on 02/08/72 to 03/29/73 as a Security Policemen. Got out of Airforce 01/20/75 went into Army 10/12/76 as Military Police and Retired on 11/01/92. Was also classified fully Disable for injuries that I received in Vietnam in 2002.
