CAREER ARC: Perfect ISR career starting with tactical collection running through operational planning and employment all the way to strategic planning and program management

Section Chief of Special Collection Operations (2008-Present) Managed Africa Command ISR Initiative to find creative technical solutions to intelligence gaps. Managed 42M in contract ISR solutions providing unprecedented insight into two hard CT targets.

Operations Officer Operation Enduring Freedom-Tran Sahel Intel Capacity Building (2007-2008) Manage ongoing operations designed to build intelligence capacity of partner nations in order to deny safe haven to terrorist organizations.

ISR Strategic Development: (2005-2007) ISR and Special Programs technology development at Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AFTENCAP). Developed special technical capabilities to counter specific IED threats, developed ISR capabilities for USN and USMC to increase counter-insurgency effectivness.

Deployment to the Joint IED Defeat Organization: (2006 May-Nov) Project Manager
for $500M extremely sensitive Counter IED projects. Led effort to create, organize, train and equip new special Army counter insurgency unit.

Deployment as Arabic Translator (2002 May-July), Coalition Weapons Effectiveness Team (CWEAT) Iraq- Provided critical capabilities to interface with the local population allowed team to safely complete over 30 missions in downtown Baghdad, Al Hillah, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Basrah, and Al Asad Air Field.

Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Planner (2002-2005), 32 AIS Ramstein AB, GE – Planed, directed and conducted air operation center (AOC) intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) activities for USAFE, USEUCOM, NATO or coalition Joint/Combined Force Air Component Commander (J/CFACC).

Technical Language Instructor (2000-2001), Detachment 2, 67th IOS, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona – Conducted language proficiency training for airborne cryptologic linguists assigned to the 41st ECS. Developed and maintained a computer-assisted language training program. Flew regularly as an EC-130 COMPASS Call electronic combat Analysis Operator.

Functional Program Manager (1997-2000), 488 IS, RAF Mildenhall, UK – Most junior ranking Functional Program Manager in 488 IS. Responsible for mission planning, writing and implementing training programs, data base development and upkeep. Flies regularly as an RC-135V/W RIVET JOINT lead Tactical Air Operator.

Arabic/French Cryptologic Linguist Airborne Intelligence Operator (1996-1997), 488 IS, RAF Mildenhall, UK – Quality operations performance during high operations tempo, along with precise target knowledge, culminating in numerous NSA intelligence reports.
