Women's yellow gold, diamond birthstone, name in inside, 1977.

Hello, I inherited a ring from my late grandmother.
She told us that an American soldier gave it to her as collateral because he couldn't pay his bill at the pub. It is a gold ring with a brown smoky quartz. The name George Westinghouse V.H.S is written on top and R.J.J. is engraved on the inside. On the side is the number 59. Best regards

Lost pink October birthstone inlayed with the torch -1980 gold ring inscribed inside with my signature Sonia Sanchez the year on one side I believe the school on the other it's between so long since I list it it was stolen only 2 years after I got it ????
