Greetings Classmates!
The cost to attend our 40 Year Reunion, on August 3, 2019, will be $50 per person (see details below). This will cover the cost of the venue (Knoxville Hilton), 70’s band, dinner, decorations, party favors, etc. By using social media as the foundation for disseminating information for this year's reunion and taking on the task of tracking folks down ourselves with everyone's help, we have been able to bypass the need for an event planner. This has allowed us to lower the cost from ten years ago, while at the same time providing more than we have in the past.
Important Dates to Remember
$50 per person if paid prior to June 1st
$60 per person if paid between June 1st and July 15th
If you have not paid by July 15th and would like to attend you will need to contact me or Gene directly to see if there is availability.
I have set up a PayPal.me account to receive payments. If you pay via PayPal.me, there will be a service fee to PayPal depending upon if you have a PayPal balance, use a credit card, debit card, etc. This will be in addition to the $50 per person fee. Please pay attention to the total and note any fees before you finalize the transaction. The fee to PayPal on $100 is an additional $3.20.

To confirm it is me you are sending the money to, I have uploaded my senior portrait as the cover photo. You will receive a PayPal receipt and I will confirm receipt of the money as soon as possible.

The main event is Saturday night at the Square Room. However, there will be an optional Pubcrawl on Friday night on the Cumberland Strip, as well as a Family Picnic on Saturday. Diana Bundy (Class President), Holly Cochran (Class Secretary) and myself - Amanda Rowland (Class Treasurer) have begun planning our 10 year class reunion. At this time, any and all suggestions are WELCOME! We are going to try to have several activities all weekend long, including a pub crawl on Friday night and a Family Picnic/BBQ on Saturday. The main event will be held Saturday night. Nothing is set at this time. In addition, the exact date is not set either. We are aiming for a weekend in July. Please give us your suggestions!
