Kim Walker Clark Class of 1998
Army, 8 Years Joined after graduation in 1998. Went to Basic Training and AIT in Ft Leonard Wood, MO. Upon graduation, I transferred to Ft Riley, KS with the 937th Engineer Group. I PCS'd to Redstone Aresenal and was with the 100th DIV. I eventually moved to Des Moines, IA to be closer to my husbands family, and was assigned to the 1/383rd TSBN. My final mission in the Army was to be a LANES Trainer and an OC/T (Observer Controller/Trainer). I trained Motor Transport Operators and Ordanance personnel in preparation for deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. I did my best to make sure the soldiers knew how to react to all combat situations before sending them to war.
