Okay everyone, so things have changed a little bit. I found out that Tumbleweed can only accomodate up to 90 people and I'm afraid that we might be over that amount, so I have booked a hall and am just going to still have Tumbleweed cater the event. The only catch with the hall is that in order to have alcohol, there has to be some sort of insurance purchased. So to keep costs down, I just think everyone should bring their own alcohol and keep it in their car. The menu will be: tossed salad queso/salsa and chips Entrees: Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast Beef & Cheese Burrito (enchilada style) and 6 oz sirloin sides will be: Steamed Veggies Santa Fe Rice Baked Potato To make all of this possible, the cost is going to be $35 per person. I need RSVPs from EVERYONE no later than October 1st and payment from EVERYONE no later than October 14th.
