Navy, 3 Years Went to Basic in Great Lakes, IL. Aviation Mechanic School in San Diego, CA. Currently serving with Mine Countermeasures Squadron HM-15 In Corpus Christi TX.
BERT NELSON Class of 1962
Army, 2 Years Served 1967-1969. Spent one year in the USA and one year in Korea. I was very lucky I went to I Corp headquarters in Korea when many of my fellow soldiers went to Viet Nam. Being a college grad helped keep out of the war.

Air Force, 6 Years Served as an Internal Medicine physician, stationed at Wilford Hall Medical Center, TX and Andrews AFB, TX

Brian R. Bauer Class of 1983
Army, 20+ Years I entered the US Army in 1986 as an Infantryman. I earned an ROTC Scholarship and in 1991 obtained a commission as an officer in the Medical Service Corps. I am currently stationed at Carllisle Barracks, PA as the Deputy Director of the Army Physical Fitness Research Institute.

Darren Kirschman Class of 1986
Army, 20+ Years Darren retired after more than 20 years in the Army. He served all over the world, including a tour in Iraq. Here he's shown with his wife of 14 years, Nadia at his retirement ceremony.
David F. Melcher Class of 1972
Army, 20+ Years Served in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Commanded engineer Bn, Bde, Division units in Alaska and Texas. Served as the Army G8 and Military Deputy for Budget. Retired as a Lieutenant General in 2008.

Air Force, 13 Years Commissioned through Officer Training School in 1994. Served in WA, TX, OH, Ramstein AB Germany and currently stationed in KS. Aircraft maintenance officer.

George W.F. De Esch Class of 1999
Army, 11 Years Enlisted in 1998 with PA Army National Guard's 628th MI Bn. Spent career in various positions within the Military Intelligence career field. Service overseas includes peacekeeping missions to Bosnia (SFOR 12 2002-2003), Kosovo (KFOR 6B 2005-2006), and mission to Iraq (OIF VIII 2008-2009).

Army, 8 Years Served in Vilseck, Germany, Washington D.C., and Fort Hood, Texas. Awarded Army Commendation Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal x3, and other service ribbons. SGT.
