Dear DY classmates of 81,
We have been working over the past year to plan our 40th class reunion and as you know COVID interfered with our plans!!! Well, we are finally at a place where we can have our reunion!!
Our plans:
Columbus Day weekend 2022- October 9th from 2:00 - 6:00
Cost: $100.00 PP
We have the Red Jacket Inn (Yarmouth) with beachfront and two tents.
But, we have access to the beach and the indoor bar following the barbecue so we can hang out on the beach and watch the fireworks that evening.

It's also the weekend of the Yarmouth Seaside Festival, so lots of awesome things happening that weekend!!
We will be scheduling a meeting with folks who said they were interested in helping to organize activities and other events for the weekend.

Dear Classmates,
Forty-five years have gone by since we graduated from Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School and it is time for us to celebrate once again. I have targeted Saturday, October 8th, 2022 as the date of our upcoming reunion…. but, that is as far as I have gotten. And, as with any great party, there is planning to be done.
Currently, I am looking for suggestions as to venues where our reunion could take place. I am thinking the restaurant/bar should be in the Dennis or Yarmouth area also more on the casual side. But, I am totally open to any and all ideas. So please send me any spots that you think may work for us. And, if you would like to help plan this event ~ please reach out to me. The more classmates involved in our planning means that we can reach even more ‘Class of ‘77’ friends.

Dear DY Class of 81, Roby Whitehouse, Brian Devaney, and I have been working on coordinating our 40th reunion for next Columbus Day weekend 2022. We are thinking about a cookout with some live music and a DJ for later in the evening. Details and final location are being worked on now. We chose to push it out a year due to COVIS and hope that more folks can come and we don't have as many worries. We will keep you updated via Facebook and through emails. Class of 1977! I have heard from some folks that they still want to do some kind of “reunion”. It is much too late to do anything formal, so a few up us got together to talk about what we could do.
There are two long weekends coming up in the not too distant future - Thanksgiving and MLK day in January. Not sure which would work better for folks.
The idea is to have a “meet up/reunion”at a bar that has enough room and folks would just show up. Cash bar - no food unless you do it yourself.
I’d like to hear from folks regarding their interest in this and which date would work better. Please understand that it is impossible to make it work for everyone and we are just trying to do whatever is possible.
