Served at the United States Marine Corps Combat Base of Khe Sanh during the 77 day Siege (Jan-April, 1968) in what was then the country of South Vietnam. The mention of Khe Sanh along with the great battles of Concord, Gettysburg and Normandy in President Obama's inaugural address, forever confirms to our nation and the world that the "Battle of Khe Sanh" holds a significient place in American History.
