Creekside High School Class of 1999 10 Year Reunion… Save the Dates for a Reuniting Weekend: October 23- 25, 2009 (Friday – Sunday) WE NEED YOU We need volunteers to help with our reunion! Are you interested? To make our “weekend†reunion a success, we need a few good alumni to lead/join the following committees: Entertainment Committee Banquet Program Committee Brunch/Food Committee Decorations Committee Memorabilia/Keepsakes Committee If you are interested, please email us at : creeksideclassof1999@hotmail.com with your contact information and desire to join which committee; More details will be provided... Walk Down Memory Lane… Please gather past mementos from our class of 1999 at Creekside High School (photos, awards, keepsakes, etc.,) that you would like to share. We will have a special memories area reserved for perusal on our Saturday event! If you’d like, you can bring these items to your class officers on the days you pay your dues to avoid having to carry stuff with you to the Banquet on Saturday. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if the memento is very sacred to you, we ask that you not share it as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen mementos (photos, awards, keepsakes, etc.,). IMPORTANT INFORMATION… Our weekend reunion yields monetary obligations. As a result, a set due of $100.00 is being requested from each alumnus to share in festivities; $25 add'l for spouse/significant other/guest. Don’t fret; payments can be made monthly if needed! Your class officers will meet at Union Station Mall food court area in Union City (formerly Shannon Mall) on the following *dates to collect dues as well as provide receipts for your dues: Saturday July 18th 11am – 3pm Saturday August 15th 11am – 3pm Saturday September 18th 11am –3pm Saturday October 3rd 11 am - 3pm & October 10th 11 am- 3pm FINAL PAYMENT DUE * Other arrangements can be made for our out of state alumni and/or our alumni that absolutely can’t pay on these dates; please email us at creeksideclassof1999@hotmail.com for assistance as we wish for a grand turn out! A flyer detailing our plans for the weekend reunion will also be distributed.
