MORE CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE REUNION - The sooner people commit with a $25 deposit, then they are assured of a spot. The Ballroom holds 210 people and that could fill up quickly. Also, if we don't get enough response, we will be opening up the Reunion to more classes. So we don't want anyone to miss out if they really want to come! More Important Info about the Reunion! The Reunion is in the Cielo Mare Ballroom which is beautiful and has an ocean view. See the Hotel's website! There will be some tables set up for seating but not for all because we're doing food stations. This allows us to have more people and to keep costs down. It will be more informal that way. There will be lots of tall tables where people can nibble different foods and talk and move around. It includes 2 drinks per person, a salad bar, a pasta bar, a taco bar, a carving station (prime rib or something close) and dessert area. The food will be served pretty much all night. We'll have a DJ too. Please get the word out to as many people as you can to visit this event site! See More As of now, rooms at the Hilton Waterfront Huntington Beach are $269 a night plus 12% tax and a $24 parking fee. With the reserved block of ten rooms, our rate is $189 per night plus 12% tax and $24 parking fee. So it is a big savings. As of Nov. 5, 2011, 8 rooms are taken. Only 2 left at this reduced rate.
