Loretta Cassidy Beisel and Robin Cook will send save the date postcard via mail & email with the formal invite to follow in April. Date is set for Sat. August 8 6:30-10:30 at the Inn at Valley Green in Phila on the wissahickon Creek near Chestnut Hill. Discounted rooms are available @ Courtyard by Marriott Plymouth Meeting @$109/night with bus transportation to & from venue.Rooms may be reserved by calling 800-321-2211 and asking for the council rock class of 1970 room block. There are 15 rooms set aside but I can get more if we need them. They will be held only until July 17. Ticket prices for the dinner -dance is $95 which includes sit down dinner of salmon, chicken codon bleu, or vegetarian entrees . We will have 1 hour open bar and disc jockey for entertainment. With the advantage of social we should be able to reach a lot of folks and make this a fun event.
