UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! Hello Fellow Classmate, Come along and ride on the fantastic voyage! I finally have the information. We will be cruising on the Carnival Paradise ship from August 2, 2012 â€“ August 6, 2012. This give us plenty of time (14 months) to prepare, plan and pay for this reunion. Everyone is welcomed to come. Please read below and then open and complete the attachment. After you have completed the attachment please email it back to me (Dione Colvin) at getawayntravel@gmail.com. All forms need to be returned by the first payment due date, which is March 10, 2011. Please be aware that I could only reserve 50 cabins at the rates listed below. More cabins are available, but I cannot guarantee the rate for those cabins. So, donâ€™t procrastinateâ€¦..first come, first serve. We are going to be cruising August 2-6, 2012. We will be leaving the port in Tampa, FL on Thursday at 4:00pm and get back to Tampa, FL on Monday morning around 8am. Our intenerary is as follow â€“ Day Port Arrive Depart Thursday, Aug 2 Tampa, FL 4:00pm Friday, Aug 3 Fun Day at Sea Saturday, Aug 4 Cozumel, Mexico 8:00am 7:00pm Sunday, Aug 5 Fun Day at Sea Monday, Aug 6 Tampa, FL 8:00am The pricing listed below is for the cruise only. It does not include any transportation to and from Tampa, Florida. There has to be a minimum of 2 people per cabin, and the maximum number of people allowed in a cabin is 4. I currently do not have pricing for the 3rd and 4th persons in a cabin, so if you are interested in that information, please send me an email. I will get pricing for balcony cabins and suites after the initial booking and forward that information to anyone who might be interested. Interior Cabin (no window) Category 4B $476.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 4C $481.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 4D $491.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 Oceanview (port window that allows you to see outside) Category 6B $526.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 6C $536.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 6D $556.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 6E $566.35 per person for passenger 1 & 2 The difference in the categories is what deck you will be on. If there are any future payments that need to be posted to a different card than originally provided that can be worked out. If there is anyone that would like to make monthly incremental payments to save along the way, I can help with that just send me an email. 1st Initial deposit of $25.00 per person due by 3-10-11 2nd Second payment of $150.00 per person due by 3-30-12 3rd Final payment of the balance due per person by 6-1-12 Please also remember that there are cancellation penalties: If you cancel between 3/11/11 - 6/4/12 the cancellation fee will be $150 per person. If you cancel between 6/5/12 - 6/19/12 the cancellation fee will be 50% per person. If you cancel between 6/20/12 â€“ 7/5/12 the cancellation fee will be 75% per peson.
