Hospitality Room will have drinks and snacks.
Friday: 4 PM – 11 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – Noon (all times are approximate)
Main Event in the Bluebonnet Rooms
2:30 PM – 5:45 PM is Memory Sharing Time
5:45 PM – 6:30 PM – Break
6:30 PM – Dinner and Cash Bar followed by chatting, pictures, and dance.
