Anne passed away after a long illness. She was predeceased by her husband Donald and her daughter Cheryl Miraglia. She leaves behind another daughter, Lisa Nestor and 4 granddaughters.

Frank "Butch" Stillson passed away in Surprise, Arizona after several years of poor health due to CHF. The family will be planning a burial service of his ashes sometime in the spring of 2016 at Central Cemetery in Beverly.

JERICHO, Vt. — James Lawrence Rhoades died peacefully on January 5th, at Burlington Health and Rehab Center in Burlington, VT after a battle with esophageal cancer.

Jim was born on December 1, 1951 in Beverly, Massachusetts to Theodore R. and Mary A. (Rocci) Rhoades. He graduated from Beverly High School, where he played basketball, in 1970. In 1977, he married Elizabeth Finn. He attended North Shore Community College and became a respiratory therapist. Jim worked in Massachusetts and Vermont for 30 years as a respiratory therapist, and was meticulous craftsman. He was an avid New England sports fan and he also enjoyed traveling to Massachusetts to visit with his family and enjoying the native New England clams

He leaves his son, Theodore James Rhoades, of Winooski; his fiancee Beth Demas of Jericho, and her family; his mother Mary of Beverly Massachusetts; his daughters, Lisa Gallant and Allison Rhoades; his brother Tommy and wife Marie; his three grandchildren as well as an extended family of cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Bobby, and wife Betty. Jim loved the ocean, the beach and sunny weather.

Many thanks to the caregivers at Burlington Health and Rehab for the compassionate end of life care they provided to Jim.

ARRANGEMENTS: Services will be private at the convenience at the family. Arrangements are in the care of the Ready Funeral & Cremation Service, 261 Shelburne Rd., Burlington, VT.

Joseph Miller

Joseph D. Miller, 45, husband of Lorna (Collatos) Miller, died Friday, December 16, 2011 at home. Born in Beverly, he is son of Joseph D. and Rosina (Galui) Miller of Beverly.

Joseph grew up in Beverly and is a graduate of Beverly High School. During his years at high school he played football and was the team captain. Joseph attended Northeastern University and Salem State College. He was employed by Phoenix Media in Beverly as a Publishing Director. Joseph loved all sports. He was very active in coaching his childrens football, basketball and baseball teams. He also enjoyed traveling and fishing.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons: Joseph Coty Miller of Beverly and Christian Joseph Miller of Beverly.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Mary Star of the Sea Church, 253 Cabot Street, Beverly on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell-Lee, Moody Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly Location) on Tuesday from 4 to 7 P.M. Roxanne Davis

Roxanne was a quiet girl and communicated mostly through her wonderful art work. She contributed many illustrations to the Beverly Aegis during her high scool years and attended Montserratt after graduation. Unfortunately she was cursed with a terrible illness and her death came at the tender age of 25. Roxanne was my younger sister.
