About Event
I marreid my High School Sweet Heart, Ty in 1965. We have two children, Scott and Michelle, six grand children, Ricky, Jeannie, Colton, Ty, Payton and Cash. At the end of 2002 I had a Stroke forcing me to retire from a career in Music Therapy. I had previously taught music education in New Glarus and Verona elementary schools. Upon moving to St. Louis in 1983 I picked up a certification in Music Therapy and worked in the Delmar Garden Nursing and Retirement Facilities. I co-authored a book, "Musical Bridges" along with my mentor, Joan Shaw from Maryville University in St. Louis. We retired to Baraboo in 2010 and built an "Aging-In-Place" Log Home near the North Entrance to Devil's Lake State Park where Ty and I met in 1958. We now enjoy being with our grand children watching them participate in music and sports activities throughout the year.
