Air Force, 3 Years Served in the Medical Squadron at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Chad Balwanz Class of 1970
Army, 20+ Years Retire from the US Army in 2000 as a Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4). Served in the 5th Special Forces Group and commanded a Special Forces "A" Team during Operation Desert Storm. Since retirement I have worked for the Department of Defense serving 6 tours as a DOD civilian in Afghanistan and Iraq. Currently the DOD liaison to the Detroit FBI Field Office. I will retire from government service in June 2015 and return to my home near Glencoe, OH.
David Freeman Class of 1961
Air Force, 4 Years Weapons loading and systems specialist. Seved in Viet Nam 1966-1967 atPleiku Air Base with 1st. Air Commandos. Returned to U.S. stationed at Oxnard Air Force base serving on Standardization and Training Crew through end of enlistment.

EDWARD O. CAMPBELL Class of 1974
Marine Corps, 6 Years Boot camp @ Parris Island South Carolina. 1 yr @ NAS Memphis going to electronics school. 3 plus years @ MCAS El Toro with H&MS-11 MAG-11 in California. Repaired TACAN units, CRYPTO Gear, Data Link Sys, UHF, VHF Radios from F-4N & RF-4B Phantoms. With various T.A.D. deployments of 4-8 wks to MCAS Yuma, NAS Fallon, Nellis AFB, Tyndall AFB, MCAS Kaneohe along with a 30 day stay in Dennmark for a NATO excercise. My wife (BHS-72) did not like this aspect of Marine life. Got a job in the electronics field in Southern Cal after discharge. Still with same company for 30 + years.

Marine Corps, 20+ Years Retired from U.S. Marine Corps in 2011 as a Staff Sergeant. Deployed one time to Zagreb, Croatia ('94-'95) and three times to Iraq ('04-'05, '06-'07 and '08-'09). Served as an Administrative Clerk and Administrative Chief during time of service. Currently resides in St Clairsville OH and works in Wheeling WV.

Army, 20+ Years Retired in 1983, Lieutenant Colonel. Served in various Command and Staff positions in the US, Vietnam and Korea. Currently reside in South Padre island, TX with my wife, Lola and our Belgium Malinois, Bosco.
Steve Kurko Class of 1964
Marine Corps, 6 Years Steve joined after leaving college and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. He served 4 years of active duty and two years of inactive reserve after finishing his enlistment. He is especially proud of serving in the Corps and recently came back from touring the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico. As he says to many of the Marines he has met over the last 45 years, "Once a Marine, Always a Marine."
