I know some of you may go to this one as well, (which is why I am listing it) but I surely hope that you make plans to go to Blackbirds as well for our class reunion. It's 45 years guys....that is a lot of years to catch up on. Some of us didn't make our last reunion at the 40 year mark, and I know a lot of us haven't seen our closest friends from the years surrounding our own graduating class....so that is why we are including those classes as well. We were all so close back in the day...so it would be good for everyone to get together to see what everyone has been up to in their lives. It should be a lot of fun. Hope to see y'all at both. Talk to y'all soon.

This reunion started out as a reunion for the class of 1969....However, it has been noted that many people would like to extend the invitation to other classes that we were close to around the same time. (ie..class of '70, '68, 67, 71, 72) Why not? It was a great time in our lives, and to me, its the more the merrier. We are keeping it very casual, so as to keep everyone's cost down....(for those of you who are flying in) Just because the time says from 4 - 7, it doesn't mean that the party has to end....the establishment just chose those particular hours to devote to the reunion itself....but we can all stay and party some more after that. They are open late. They have great food there, and a full liquor bar. The manager would like us to keep them up to date on how many people are coming, so if y'all could RSVP as soon as you know, that would be awesome. C'mon....join the fun. Ya know ya wanna!! :-)

So....I am starting this post about the reunion that we are planning for July 12 2014 for the Class of 1969 (and the other classes that were close to ours...ie...1970 '71 '72 '68 etc) It is our 45th year reunion...Wow!! Time just flew since the 40th...so, here it is ...time for another one. It will be so much fun to see what everyone has been doing. Many people were not able to come to other reunions, so we are hoping that they can make this one. We are keeping it casual, a pay as you go, kind of thing, so that no one has to worry about it being a very costly event.
