Army, 20+ Years
Entered the U.S. Army 1970 as a Private, and served in Vietnam. Retired as a Colonel from the Army Reserve in 2008, with over 28 years combined service in the Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve. A Helicopter Pilot, he flew Lift, Scout and Cobra Attack Helicopters.

I joined the Marine Corps in 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1968. I was stationed at Camp Lejune, then Okinawa, and would fly to Vietnam once a month to deliver payroll. I was a sergeant when discharged.
