Parade Saturday, June 26th, 2010
All Class Parade - Saturday, June 26th - 10:00 a.m.
A lot of people have expressed interest in having an entry in the parade for the Akron and Akron-Westfield and Westfield All Class Reunion.
The parade will organize after 9:00 a.m. from the corner of 7th and reed, lining up by year (will be marked by signs) South back beyond Dakota, Main and Iowa as needed. We will be lining up (by year) on both sides of the street, starting with the 30's and 40's. Look for the signs as you drive North on 7th street. You will encounter several of the parade marshal's who will assist you in locating your place in line. Also, you will need to complete two announcer cards (provided ) please bring pens and give both completed cards to one of the marshal's who will be near your position.
The parade will start at 10:00 a.m. proceed down Reed Street in the business district of Akron, then at 2nd street it will turn north (right) and continue for one block and then east (right) on Mill Street and dismantle after that.

Class of 1985 - Chairperson
The Class of 1985 is having their 25 Year Reunion! Save the dates for June 25 - 26, 2010. ~ Denice Wilken is the Chairperson and will be sending out reunion letters and information about the informal get-together on Fri. eve. 6/25/2010. Please see the home page to click on Class of 1985 reunion info., or you can email Denice Wilken at denice@sio.midco.net if you have any questions or need additional information.

Akron-Westfield All-Class Reunion chairpersons are still needed for five classes: 1984, 1985, 1986, 1993 and 2009. Please spread the word and have anyone who is interested in doing this contact me rodneya@wildblue.net

2010 All Class Reunion Letters
Notice to Class Chair People,
The letters are ready for pick up at Akron City Hall for the Akron and Akron-Westfield 2010 All Class reunion, to be held June 25th and 26th in Akron. If you are a Class chairperson, please be sure to stop and pick them up.
Instructions are very easy.
Mark off on the sheet that you have picked up your letters and how many you took.
Put your address on each postage-paid envelope. If a letter comes back with an incorrect address, you can attempt to find a new address.
Address each envelope to a classmate, teacher, or friend of your class.
Include a note about what your class plans to do on Friday evening June 25th. If you have nothing in mind, ask them for ideas.
Reservations will be sent directly to Sharon Frerichs, so you will not have to worry about those.
