About Me	Since graduating in 1986, I attended WCU and graduated with a degree in B.S. Computer Science. I worked as a legal secretary for years before I enrolled at Villanova University to earn my Paralegal Certificate. I then worked as a paralegal for several years at an IP firm in Philadelphia. I worked on many cases and traveled to Corpus Cristi, TX, and Madison, WI for Trials, until my personal life "got in the way". I married by college sweetheart in June 1994. I had a daughter in May 1997, and a son in 1999. Once my children were born, my days as a paralegal were numbered, as I didn't want to put in long hours, nor did I want to spend weeks traveling away from home. I spent several years at home taking care of my children. My youngest started First Grade in Sept. 2006, and I went back to work. I work in the school district as a Computer Tech. It took me 17 years, but I finally got to use the degree I earned from WCU. I am now the mother of 2 great kids, and a very active volunteer in the PTO, Swim Team, ...(read more)
